Front Fender Alignment

What am I doing wrong? I have my frame perfectly level. I have the bed and cab (57) perfectly level. The bottom of the cab lines up with the bed step. When I mount my aftermarket front fenders the rear edge lines up with the door but the body line is pointing up hill on the fender. I ran a piece of 1/4" masking tape from the back of the cab right on the body line all the way to below the head light. I even put a level on the tape just to make sure. The body line is definately going up hill about 3/4" from the door forward. The only way I can fix it is to raise the cab or lower the front of the fender but then the gap won't be right at the door-fender joint. I'm "assuming" this is due to them being replacement fenders and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. Help!
