All K5 owners what's the gross weight on the door plack

I'm trying to buy this k5 here in phoenix and we have very strict emission laws. The current owner has the jimmy registered in another area to get past the emission testing, this truck has never gone through emissions sinces its been in az. I now need to know the gross vehicle weight, this determines what kind of emissions it came with. Just got off the phone with department of environmental quality, they said if the vehicle is 6000 Ilbs or less cats and other equipment is required, over 6000 it's not. So any help you K5 guys can give me would be appreciated. Again I need the gross vehicle weight on the door plack for a 1978 K5 or jimmy.
