Alternater bracket suggestions

I put vortec heads on my block w/roller tip rockers and posi locks. The problem is the stock valve cover didn't fit so I bought adapters to use my ball milled aluminum covers. The new issue is the alternater bracket is not long enough now. The only long one I can find is a 14" chrome flat bracket and subsequently does not have the offsets to bolt up properly.

Is my only option to bend the chrome one, or does someone know of a longer bracket I can use?
