It's finally happened, my '67 SWB 454 is for sale
im getting ready to go off to school and theres no room for 3 trucks on my insurance so the toy has to go to make room for my new silverado. most of yall are familiar with my truck but here's a brief run-through:
1967 Chevy short-wide big back window 454 BBC (40 over) turbo 350 (needs rebuild, slips going into 3rd after warming up) 12-bolt rear non-posi 5-lug '72 power disk brakes up front also 5-lug 4/6 ECE drop - drop spindles, shock relocation kit, adjustable panhard bar cragar supremes with mojave 245/60/15 in front and 275/60/15 out back *since i bought the truck ive installed an 850 speed demon (mech. secondaries) carburetor, billet distributor, high-torque mini-starter, and braided stainless fuel lines. i also bought a 2600 TCI street fighter convertor i planned to install upon the rebuild, using Gene Montgomery of Noonday Transmissions. i also have a rust-free original front fender (driver's side), new rocker panels, and original rust-free doors to go with the truck as well. i dont have to talk the truck up a whole lot, ill let the pictures tell the story. i drove the truck 130 miles home from denison, tx back in march, but i would rebuild the transmission before attempting to drive it any long distances. price is $6800 for everything, and the price is negotiable so dont be shy. call me anytime at 903-571-2021 my name is aaron. enjoy the pics Last edited by tavenner13; 08-14-2007 at 06:02 PM. |
