The first truck I ever bought!!!

Hey ya'll!

I thought some of you might get a kick out of seeing the first truck I ever bought! I was 15, and had hardly any money at all. I found this 1970 C10 for $250. I also had to trade in my 10 speed bike! It had a 250 six, and 420 four-speed. The 4 on the floor wasn't original. It still had the manual three on the tree column in it.

Wasn't much of a truck, but it got me around! I eventually found a good bed to put on it, ditched the front bumper, and put some decent tires on it. Plus I had to overhaul the engine. My first one! I guess this truck will always mean a lot to me. Wish I still had it!

Had a lot of other Chevy trucks since then, but I still think about this one once in a while.
