Drum brake help and 14 bolt ID

A friend of mine has a 72 3/4 ton 4wd with an Eaton rear. It is the Eaton with the hard to find narrow drums and as luck would have it, one of the drums is bad. Do any of you know What parts i would need to swap out the drums for the wider ones? I also have a 14 bolt that I could swipe the brakes off of. Will they work? The 14 bolt is in a parts truck that I'm pulling the engine from for a customers car. It has a 14bolt under it but it looks really narrow and it doesn't appear to have been shortened. It has dual wheels under the bed.

I took a few pics can you guy tell me any thing about this 14bolt?
