the ONLY way you can drive in virginia is with a vehicle that is as it was when new ! if it's got one modification they will spot it and write you for it , lived here for 38 year's that's just the way it is , the good side I drive my original 1967 RS camaro and my original 1967 C10 and all they can do is watch me go !
