Here is some more items deemed not needed.

left upper tailgate trim 2 each. Shiney has a slight flattened spot, but no kinks easy fix off new pull off tailgate. other is nice. $10 ea.
right upper tailgate trim. Not pefect but good driver part $10
center upper tail gate trim 2 each, both with good studs, one is off new take off gate, decent driver quality chrome on both $10 ea.
Tail light trim, right side has no dents but a few scratches, left has a repairable spot, $10 for the pair.
Heater box outer, case has been made to be split so you can remove the heater core without pulling the fender $25
Heater box inner with controls, all in good condition except for defroster control lever broke $25

With the exception of the heater parts, shipping should be $5-$10 anywhere in 48 states. I will either add more items to this list Monday or start a new thread.
