When my truck (70'GMC-2WD) comes to a dead stop and I'm turning right or left and proceeding slowly it seems to feel like it chunks side ways this is intermitant as it doesn't do it all the time. Your turning from a stop perhaps braking as you try to get into traffic, never when going straight. I have a posi rear end and new brakes.
It seems to be coming from the centre of the cab near the back of the seat. What are the symptoms of a carrier bearing starting to fail? All ideas welcome .... esll.
