Rust pictures. How to repair?

I finally picked up my 1971. I have to say its very low on rust from what i have seen. Here are pics of the worst cases of the rust. Would just like some info on fixing it correctly. When im done painting the car, i dont want to see rust bubbling up 6 years later. Truck will be garaged 95% of the time.

off to pics.

This is the drivers left floor board. It doesnt go all the way through.

This is the drivers side rocker. Only area rusted through.

This is the passenger side floor board. Worst of it. Best way to fix permanetly?

This is the passenger side door. Its nto rusted through, but do i just grind it down, por15, paint and im done? Or do i cut it out.

All advice is apprectiated thank you.
