switch from TH400 to 4l80e for under $1000???

Can it be done?? Not sure, but this is my goal.

Items already purchased:
TCI trans controller with harness - $600, eBay
'93 4l80e trans with torque converter - $200, Cragslist

Additional items to buy:
4l80e Master rebuild kit - $125, Oregon Perf Trans
Transgo 4l80e-HD2 reprogram kit - $95, eBay
ATSG manual for 4l80e - $20, eBay
raman'd torque converter - $100 with trade-in, local

That is a total of $1140 so far, and does not include incidental stuff. I am assuming the trans I'm getting does not need any additional 'hard parts'. I will not include any money for driveshaft mods, auxilliary cooler, transmission fluid, etc. in the total cost because I would have to buy this stuff anyway regardless of which trans I decided to use. Also, I will be using an Autometer electronic speedometer I already have so there is no extra expense for a speedo converter.

So, if I can manage to come in under $1300 then all I would need to do is sell my rebuilt TH400 and 2200rpm stall converter for $300 and I'm there. Think I can do it?
