Brake fluid on floorboard....

I know it ain't good, and it's leaking from the master. I haven't had one off before, do i need a new master, or is there some type of gasket where the master goes thru the firewall? This at least explaines the mysterious missing fluid that had me crawling all under the truck checking fittings and cylinders. Looks like it was running down behind the rubber mat for awhile. It's the standard non-power grakes on my '72.
