What's it worth?

Hey, I'm looking at a 1972 Super Cheyenne 4x4, 3/4 ton, LWB, 350/350, np205, dana 44, eaton, a/c, power, newer 33's and wheels, new carb, shocks, exhaust and floor covering.
2 tone green/white, 4" lift 110,000 miles on it.
The guy says it's in fair to good shape with some door dings, minor rust on the rockers, cracked dash padding, etc.
It's in central oregon.
What's this thing worth??
Also is there anything in particular I should look for when I take a look at this?
TIA, Dan.
