Aftermarket rearend and traction system

My truck is a 1966 Custom shortbed that I love. I'm in the planning stages for a switch next year to a big block Ultrastreet crate motor with about 750 horsepower from Shafiroff. I want to replace my current rear suspension with something that can handle the horsepower, give me straight line traction, and can still corner. I plan to run the widest tires I can fit under it but not tub it at this point.

What differential and suspension combination would you recommend if money was no object? The more of a system it is, the better since I want it all to work together and fit together well. I look forward to your thoughts.
