New Process 4-speed

I've found a rebuilt New Process 4-speed that's been rebuilt. Don't know if it's a 435 or 465 but trying to find out. I've done some searching here and found it was common to some C20's? Is this a good transmission for a swap into my C10 with a 307 and standard 3speed stick? Will if fit without modifying the hump?

I'm looking for a little lower gear for launch, and generally better drivability. No racing, or towing, primarily around town and a some highway driving. I'd really like a 5 or 6 speed, but cost and complexity of the swap is slowing me down there, so wondering if this 4-speed might be a good alternative.
