a couple of disc brake questions

I made a trip to the salvage yard today and saw some parts that looked interesting. But first, I found a set of camaro calipers to use.

I was thinking about what master cylinder to use. They have an '04 chevy truck there that has front and rear disc. I was thinking this MC would be a good choice. Anyone every try using this one? (This just dawned on me....what about the camaro MC that I got the calipers off of????)

Then, as I continued to walk around, I saw some massive 2 piston calipers on the front of an F250. I'm looking for a better braking setup than the stock front discs and was thinking these might be an option. Some problems that I see, first mounting them, but I figure I could make some type of bracket to mount them too. Next is the rotor. I'd really like a bigger rotor too. The f250 had a fairly small rotor, so it may work with our stock rotors, but bigger would be better, not to mention fill up a 18 or 20 wheel. Finally, I didn't look to see if these were made out of steel or aluminum....if they're steel I'm sure they'd be heavy.
