Trans/t-case swap: 350/203 to 465/205
Hey guys,
Newb here. I just picked up a '72 Blazer with a th350/203 and I'm about to pull the trigger on a 265/203 setup. My questions: 1) Will I be able to use the same driveshaft? Or really, what's the length difference in the 2? 2) I'm guessing I'll need a different crossmember for the 265/205? 3) Some clutch/flywheel recommendations? 4) Can this be converted to a hydraulic clutch? 5) What other odds & ends parts will I need? 6) Any Portland guys want to have a R&R get together to put this in????? I'll buy the beer/dogs/burgers????? Oh yea, here's a couple shots of it, I figure it's not too bad for $800 : and little rough in the back
