lets build a rolling chasis

I have a 67 c-10 lwb and have been doin this then doin that but its time to take it to a local shop and get all the mechanics perfect then bring it home and do the cosmetics.

what Iam beggining with

67 lwb frame
front and rear converted to 5 lug alledgedly from an 86 camaro the rear end and front clip? But my brake booster is from an 81 chevy p/u.

rear suspension is stock

new 350 with flatheads z-28 valve train standard machine shop rebuild and 298 cam. elbebrock afb 750,

new 700r-4

rci aluminum fuel cell

my problems with the truck:
the steering is to loose
the stance is to high
all the bushings are shot
the engine bay is a mess
want firmer shifts
basically just help me build a frame and drivetrain that will make my truck go stop handle and look good.

I am on a budget of about 6000 and have been lookin into the cpp lines air ride, tci etc just post up what yall think and links or pat numbers would be appreciated.

thanks blake
