Ok first off is i need to know why my truck engine in the 72 is slowly turning over when hooked up to a booster or another vehicle. It will turn by hand as well but it is a little stiff. Does this mean that it is trying to sieze up on me if so what is the easyest fix with out tearing the engine down.

Also broke into the sb350 from the old 79 truck and the cylnder walls and pistons are clean, almost too clean, look almost new with verry little burn on them. how ever the engine is locked up i have a bit of grime i guess you could call it around the outter edge of the piston aginst the walls like its sitting on the opiston rings. NO IDEA ON WHAT TO DO NOW.

PLEASE HELP.
