Floor panel removal??

I cut out a portion of the A pillar, inner rocker, kickpanel and the pass. side floor section ( just past the bolt hole in the floor) . I cant seem to get the floor up. You know where the floor is attached at that bolt hole in the middle of the floor?? Is that brace that is under the floor attached with spot welds to the floor??? The floor is cut free but wont budge.. I looked and didnt see any spot welds...

If it is spot welded, anyone have a diagram showing where these spot welds may be???
