FS: 600 CFM 4bbl Carter Carburetor - Rebuilt
This is a newly rebuilt 600 CFM 4bbl Carter Carburetor with electric choke (12v). I rebuilt it myself, and have it stored in my garage in a dry place. It is 100% equivalent to the Edelbrock 1406, and even uses the same throttle hook-up, etc. Asking $100 + shipping.
A brand new Edelbrock 1406 will cost you $260 retail. This is an economic alternative. It will also fit all Edelbrock Performer and Performer RPM Intakes. Included in the rebuild: * Brand New Choke Housing with electric terminals - $60 value by itself... * New Brass screws for throttle plates * New floats and accelerator pump * New gaskets I'd hate to have to keep storing this carburetor. I'm hoping someone can put it to good use. I'm willing to ship it.
