Look here. Not all bolts are torqued by the location. Most can be torqued by the size and thread. If the bolt passes through and is nutted on the other side or goes into steel, use the chart. For engine specific bolts see the manufacturer specs.

Thanks for the website. Have the shop manual but the ones I need weren't listed..
