Post Truck is running good but.....

OK.....I got the HEI in and the truck is running alot better (thanks for the help) but I've got a belt squealing pretty bad. It has always done this even with new belts. When I was working on it, I had it running without the fan installed and there was no squealing but as soon as I put the fan back on it started again. Should I get a different fan? Something lighter? Clutch fan maybe?

Thanks
