Found out about my engine goodies today

Got to talk with the previous owner about my new truck today. The engine was rebuilt about 10k miles ago and in the process it was bored and stroked to 383 cu in. It has vortec heads, an edelbrock 600 CFM carburetor with electric choke, 410 gears, a 700R4 transmission, 364 Comp cams, and KB performance pistons. It sounds pretty mean and definately has some power. How much I dont know but the PO claims 400 hp. I have a hard time believing that, (I have a car with 500hp) but maybe 300 hp. What do you think it should make? Is this a normal route to take when rebuilding the engine?
