Best way to pull rocker studs....

Yep...you guessed it, its roller time for my motor.

So naturally I need to pull the factory pressed in style studs and tap them. I was just wondering how to get the damn studs out.

Just for the record on previous motors Ive never done this before....just ran the rollers on them with no problem. But Im running a shaft mount style so I really need to get them out.

Thanks,
Mitch-
