Here's a console out of 90's S10 Blazer that I cut to fit our roof line. It is dark charcoal in color with felt trim around the outer edges.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to install this with the headliner or not. I never got that far and decided to stick with just the stock headliner & trim. This conforms pretty good to our roof line from the front to the back. This has map lights and storage compartments. It also has outside temp display and compass, but you would need the sensors for it. I do not know anything about how to wire in those sensors, as I was just going to use the map lights. I was going to go to a junk yard, and find the delete plate that replaces that readout. Those plates are available as the temp display was optional to the console. I did mark with tape what wires go where.

I would also trade this straight up for a complete automatic trans linkage assembly for a 2wd.
