Tools needed for a 4x4 bearing swap (not chevy:()

I am flying out to Utah and picking up a Isuzu Trooper this week. I know its not a chevy but it was free. It needs brakes and wheel bearings. I have been reading up on the Chilton's manual and it said that I need

Bearing race installer

slide hammer

brass drift

seal install tool

Do I need all this or can I get by with out them? Any help is greatly appreciated...this will be my first 4x4...I wanted a 69-72 Blazer...but this will have to do in the meantime. And where in the heck to you get this stuff...all I can think of is harbor freight.
