I have 38s and 4:56s and doing 65 is pushing it hard. I can only do 70 down hill with a strong wind. what trans are you using ? I have a sm465 so no over drive for me.
You know I haven't checked to see what gear ratio is in my eaton. I'll have to go look today. I am planning to run the eaton for a few months until I can finish building my Dana 60. I have a turbo 350 trans with a high performance 337 small block chevy.

You are right, I'm planning to get longer ones. Procomp sent me those telling me that they are for a 12" lift. BS those are the same length that they send with their 6" lift kits. Thanks for the advise. Its on the to do list.
