if u got it in writing id go talk to my lawyer. If he wants to be a jerk about it. U be one too. Thats not normally wut i'd say but he DID agree to it enough to write it down and sign it. Had it just been a verbal agreement i'd say be the bigger man and cut your losses. But he obviously thought everything would work out so....force it to work out.
