The northern states with salted roads in winter sure do a number on a vehicle, but so does South Florida. Central and Northern Florida, not as much.


But we get a different kind of rust, what I call rot rust. It's from so much rain, and moisture staying on the upper surfaces. Sometimes it's really bad on a vehicle that sat under any kind of foliage. The leaves collect and really hold the moisture.

But we don't get the rust in the wheel arches and rockers, etc like the north.

We get rusted/ rotten cowls, rear decks, drip rails, window sills. Pretty much any flat upper surface is gonna get it!
