one ton dually questions.........

Just picked up a 68 C-30 ramp truck.
It has split rim wheels on it plus factory drum brakes with power assist.

I have a set of dually wheels off of a 94.
what do I use for lug nuts/studs?
exactly where do I mount the ring that goes over the lugs?

I want to swap to front discs. Are the 71-71 3/4 spindles the same as a one ton? Calipers etc, except for the rotors?
If all the other parts listed above are the same except for the rotor, what do I use? Are the discs serviced separate from the hub/hat/spacer for dually wheels?

The major thing at this point is fitting the newer wheels on the truck, drums stop it pretty good but with all the 3/4 ton stuff I have it would be nice to have front disc.
I know I will need a new master cylinder and prop valve plus maybe new lines with new front brake hoses.
