Best Way To Lay Frame On A 69 C10

Im gonna be baggin a 69 C10, i need to know what all it involves for the front of the truck, and ideas for the rear, i plan on 4 linkin it or using the stock arms, how big of a notch is needed to lay it on 18's ( i think thats what hes gonna use), i have bagged my 53 chevy sedan to the ground so im not worried about makin my own notch and bracket, but do they sell notches for this truck or what? is the front stock drums or disk, if there drums who sells drop spindles that will convert to disks? any help/ PICS would be awesome!
thanks
Aaron
