Door pillar issue. :(

Ok, so i tacked in my floor a bit and i ran into a problem, and im fuggin STUMPED. Here are some pics, the first pic is how it fits on the back side. The rocker. ITs flush and tight. Now, over the front side, theres this huge gap. What the heck do i do there??? I doubt the cab pillar moved forward. I measured door gaps and they are the same.... Is it that the rocker panel just doesnt fit well??
HEres the pics. See, it fits flush in the rear like its supposed to.




Here its not at all. Theres that gap at the top of the rocker. When i put the cab support on below it, its sill .5 inch away... any suggestions? Need more pics??
