lowered leaf springs?

anyone running these ? lookin to lower my truck 86 1/2 ton sometime in the near future and this is all new to me. so any input would be great! was thinking 3 inch drop spindles in front and maybe the leaf spring 5 inch in rear? what other changes can i expect to get into shock change etc.. thanks in advance for your help! brothers sells these!
