Can someone tell me when the motor is at top dead center on number one cylinder does the ignition rotor point towards the pulleys or the flywheel?
 Removed the old oil filter adapter and mounted it on my new motor along with a new oil filter. Disassembled my old distributor and made a oil pump primer out of it. Worked great!  If release bearing comes in tomorrow the motor is definitely going in Tuesday.
