engine swaps-Pontiac to GMC

Hello to anyone who is willing to help me out.I just found this great site, and am trying to learn the ropes.I am a weekend hobby truck guy,not very good on computers.Just wanted to get some info on what to do about the crappy headers on this engine! Ihave a Pontiac 400 of unknown origin in this truck. All I know for sure is that this engine has d-port heads and the headers are totally rusted to the point I can't drive my truck. What I need to know is, has anyone on this site done this kind of swap, and what kind of headers do I need.Any help will be great.I gotta DRIVE my truck!!!!!! My truck is a 1969 GMC 3/4 ton that had a 396 cu.in. engine from the factory.Man ,it would be great to have that one back in there!Sorry, lost my head there for a minute.
