6 lug disk conversion?

i been thinkin of converting my 70 c10 to disk brakes and was wondering if i should go with gmc pauls six lug conversion kit or get a 73 and up front end.

i am leaning towrad the kit as i would have to just replace everything from the junk yard anyway, like rotors and calipers, hoses and tie rods.

plus i would get a 2.5 drop and not have to buy new rims for the truck.

would you guys recommend that i get the kit over having to go to the salvage yard and get the front end?

yeah i know a no brainer question but was wanting imput through you guys as to the pros and cons of going the 6 lug kit vs the salvage yard route, aside from price.
