WIW 71 4wd

I usually don't post questions like this, but I need a little help on value. I don't have any pictures to post, but I looked at a 71 4wd last week, and need a little guidance. It is a LWB, PS, (disc brakes of course), posi rear, 350 4b, auto (T350 I'm pretty sure), and the guy says that he wouldn't be afraid to drive it anywhere. He's had the truck since the early '80s, and it's been kept under roof for the last 15 or so years. The body is in pretty good shape, the tailgate is beat up a little, but it's had a topper on it for years, so the inside of the bed itself isn't too bad on the inside. The passenger's side of the bed has a crease in front of the tire all the way to the door (it is on the cab as well). The driver's side has rust holes all the way through above the back tire. The fenders and hood look pretty good, and the interior is in great shape for its age, and has the gauge package. It has the original dark green paint, and green interior. ~90k miles

I've been out of the market for a few years, so I'm a little out of touch with value right now. Any help you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated!
