While ripping apart the dash..

...for the forth time this weekend, I discovered that the relay that controls the hazard lights is busted. Turn signals work just fine and at a good speed, but when I tested the hazard lights they sit there and do nothing, then rapid fire blink about 3x per second. Now what?

Anyone know how easy/hard this fix is? My hazards are on the steering column and for the most part it's in good shape. I checked the fuse and traced the wire into the steering column (when I couldn't see it anymore) and everything seemed to be ok...

Or do I just shine it because they DO actually work?
