How much does frame stick out from below rocker?

How much does the frame stick out from below the bottom of the rocker?

Same question as if the frame's laying on the ground, how high would the bottom of the rocker be off the ground? 1" maybe?

I'm drawing out a frame to bag my 1968, but I'm using 4" x 2" and realized that the rockers will probably be destroyed before the frame even touches the ground.

Also, anyone know how tall of a tire the front will take before it won't fit under the hood when truck's on the ground? Like, 30" or is it more like 29"

Thanks for your consideration!
