2 - 6 cylinder line questions

Added some stuff this weekend

1) Where does the vacuum line on the air cleaner connect to (coiled beside snorkle in picture) - one to actuator on snorkle and the other to....???

2)What gets connected to the large port on the riser from the carb? (would it be a line from port (just under the end of the snorkle in the picture) at the front part of the valve cover where I have a little breather now)?
