69 c-10 lowered, do I need to lower sway bar?

I am in the process of rebuilding my truck and I am wondering a few things. I installed 2" drop springs in the front and I am putting a 468 bbc in as well, with the height drop and the added weight will I need to simply bolt the sway bar directly to the frame or still use the frame brackets that were already on it? Someone told me to bolt it directly, but I figured someone here might know?

I also need to know if anyone has used the motor mounts stands from performanceonline.com? I would like to use them due to the fact the truck was a small block and I dont have the bbc towers. But will they work with a 73 crossmember? They are intended for 67-72 but I figure all I might have to do is drill a couple of holes? PLEASE GIVE ME SOME INFO IF YOU CAN AND MAYBE SOME PICS !!!! Thanx
