Post How much is too much when it comes to cabs?

Today I pulled the carpet back and really took a good at the rust damage. Not looking too good Rockers, floor pans (3inch away from the sill/rocker) Cab corners, Cab mount rails front and rear.
It doesn't have A/C either.

What im wondering is, since I know very little about body work and would have to find someone to trade out with or pay to do this work... Is it a lost cause? I'm thinking I should just find another cab.

What do you guys think?
