How much would you pay??

I found a 72' short wheelbase step side, I looked at it today, here is the run down on it.
Complete new interior, after market seats, they are nice! New 350 crate engine, with 500 mile on it, it come with a warrenty, 36000, mile, 350 tranny, that has 500 mile on it, the engine is all stock, it has been changed over to HEI, the alternator has been changed out with internal regulator on it. All the body work that has been done on it was replaced with metal, pwr brakes, power steering, new tires and wheels, they are american racing wheels, chrome. the inside of the bed has been gutted of all the wood, and they guy welded in a piece of 3/16 steel checkered plate. the whole truck has been painted, looks really good. runs excellant, new exhaust. All new frontend parts, new shocks all the way around, new coil springs all the way around, new factory grill, been painted black.
When I say the interior is all new, I mean every thing, carpet, seats, door panels, head liner, dash pad. I did not see any rust on the truck at all, other then your usual under the truck on the frame, surface rust, but none on the body.
How much would you pay for this truck?
It does not have factory ac, he told me to call vintage air and find out how much a system would cost and he will knock that amount off the price. So what do you guys think?
