Taking my buddy's '72 GMC Sprint down there to sell today. We leave the house at 9am, go about a 1/2 mile to grab something to eat at Burger King, and a guy pulls up in the parking lot beside us and ask if the "el camino" is for sale! We say heck yea it is. He takes it for a drive, comes back, ask how much - my buddy says $6500, the guy says will you take $6300. Heck yea!
We follow him to his bank about a 1/2 block away, swap the title for cash and watch him drive off in it. Says it's for his 16 year old son. Took about 20 minutes to do the whole deal. Unbelievable.
We still went to Super Chevy. Saw an awesome '70 swb with a late model LT1 in it. Absolutely awesome.
SCOTI, I saw your truck in the parking lot, but didn't see you walking around.
