Fuel tanks leaking

I have a 87 k10 that has dual tanks. The pass. side tank has not been used since I bought the truck(1 yr ago) and previous said he didn't use it because it leaked. Now the drivers side is leaking and I am wanting to replace both tanks and get them both to work. I was just wondering who has the cheapest tanks and what all the dual tank consists of. This is the first time dealing with duals. Also, what do you all recommend, take bed off or drop tanks.
