I have an uncanny ability to read cars. I just have that knack to kind of get a feel for the vehicle. Told m,y neighbor last night to pull the trigger on a 01 330c BMW, good price and dealer maintained...he waited...had a dep on it.

I bought the 90 Burb with the understanding that the trans was blown, no forward no reverse. I checked the fluid while looking at the truck and it was not running, fluid was there but dark.

He put a batt in it started it and I put in gear and it wanted to move forward but I just shut it off.

Just started it let it warm up and drove it around the block, no reverse. Got home and it wanted to go into reverse, checked the fluid while running- does not show on stick.

I am going to change fluid and filter and see how it goes.
