It Started

I don't post much, just lurk quite a bit, but this was a milestone for me.

The truck started right up, after about three years sitting in the garage. This has been an ongoing and will be for awhile longer.

So far I have lowered 4" in the back and 2" in the front, put in a 700R4, 3:42 posi, Aftermarket buddy buckets (replacing with Recaros soon), tilt steering, and the engine has a nice cam with .30 over hypereutectic pistons, vortec heads, air gap intake, and a 1406 carb.

A couple of bolts missing, but didn't effect the start to much and a couple of small oil leaks that I have fixed. Will crank it again this evening and hopefully take it for a spin this week.

Damn, it felt good!!
