sweet local rig

Anyone in the columbus area recognise this?
All I know about the owner, is I assume his name is Al... the lic place says ALS-C20... safe assumption anywyas.
I was picking up some stuff at a local fab/machine shop... blackburns fabrivcation and they had this truck in there, they were making alluminum diampnd plate running boards for it. No bed, has a coil rear with DRW installed, still has the normal 3/4 ton fronts though... but it all looked REAL nice.
Anyone around here know anything about it?

*NOTE*
Crappy cell phone camera+dropping it all the time+dark shop= crappy photo.
