Fuse block pic/answer request

Posted here for a quicker - lookee see.... and I've been patiently waiting for my 30 seconds between searches.. no luck yet.... here's the scoop/issue:

First pic - the rear of the fuse block (all cleaned up and reassembling) - note the small brown wire with white stripe, not hooked to anything (passing over the orange wires) - Also note the connector in the block near the yellow wire - circled by the grey - to the right side- it has a tab to put a wire onto. I had taken pics of everything for reassembly but they got corrupted AND THEN decided to delete themselves!
The terminal in the block with the unused tab is labeled for the "fuel gauge" and "tail stop". The little brown/white wire goes to the bulkhead connector and out into the engine compartment. The wire goes out via the top left hole on the connector. I cannot find where it goes in the engine compartment, it's all wrapped.. figures.... Anywho, The second pic is the fuse block from the front - You can see the "opens" - disregard the one for the "ac" - I have that one.
Need to know:
1) where this brown/white should be connected in the back of the fuse block
2) Do I need to move any of the tabs in the fuse block? I'm fairly certain 90% are correct
3) I DO have the circuit diagrams from the FAQ section here but they don't show what I need.
Thanks all -tried not to get too wordy but stay clear.... we'll see!
BETTER YET - anyone have a pic of the back of a 1972 idiot gauge fuse block? That'd solve it quickly for me! Thanks again.
